| Jo came to to Theatre and Beyond on attachment, as part of her Certificate in Arts Management at the University of Sussex. She is now our permanent administrator, proving that internships can actually pay off... After a number of years working in the civil service she was happy to take a massive pay cut and swap the security of government work for the cut and thrust of life at the artistic coalface!
