What
Now?
Our 2003 TAB Lab took the theme of the Iraq War as its starting
point and produced 6 short new plays to packed houses at Komedia. Read
more about it here.
What
became of the Witch?
A play for
young people by first-time writer Nikki Atkin-Reeves developed out of
our Maidstone TAB Lab in 2002 - produced by us in autumn 2003. Read about
it here.
Playwright's
Slam
The
Slams are the first rung on our ladder of development that leads to eventual
production. An informal evening where playwrights get a chance to showcase
"raw" work in front of an audience. Information and articles
from the last 2 seasons at Chichester Festival Theatre can be found here.
Fires
in the Fields
Produced to
coincide with the 400th Anniversary of the Gunpower Plot in 2005. This
timely play offered uncomfortable parallels to contemporary politics and
the War on Terror. More details of the tour here.
Beijing
for Lunch
Not
strictly a past production as the play has never gone beyond pre-production.
But a fine piece never the less. East meets West in the cut-throat business
world of modern China. Ahead of its' time? More details here.
